Congregations and other bodies facing transitions in ministry are encouraged to download and study these documents. Please contact the Presbytery leadership team to initiate activity using this process.

Once a Mission Study has been completed, a report should be prepared and approved by the Church Council then forwarded to the Presbytery. The following Mission Study Summary Template is to be used to provide a summary of the findings of the study.
The following Placements Acceptance Advice Form is to be completed and forwarded to the Presbytery once a call has been accepted.
